RSM’s Year 1 program is the starting point and lays the spiritual foundation necessary for a lifetime of knowing God and making an impact. This program is for every young adult believer who wants to follow Jesus in our rapidly-changing world. No matter what your future career, make the investment to build your spiritual foundation first.

Radiant School of Ministry Full-Time is for Young Adults between the ages of 18-25 who want to grow in their knowledge and desire to follow Jesus.

Monday-Thursday morning and afternoon with additional ministry times.

8-10 Hours Practical ministry
3-5 Hours Prayer and time in God’s presence
Between class time, ministry time, discipleship time, prayer time, and homework, students will spend approximately 35 hours/week on their participation in the Radiant School of Ministry.

Expeditions
An expedition is a 6-week life-changing ministry adventure outside of Kalamazoo that every Radiant School of Ministry student will embark on.
Arise Shine Conference
Students will participate in the Arise Shine Conference, a Radiant Network conference designed for pastors and leaders passionate about the local church and building the Kingdom of God.

Kalamazoo is a vibrant and growing city. The Radiant City Center, which houses RSM Classrooms, the Radiant Prayer Room, Matchhead Coffee, and Radiant Church central offices, is located in the heart of the city on the Walking Mall.
