year 2 program information
PRACTICAL TRAINING AND MINISTRY PREPARATION
This program is for those who feel called to full-time ministry. The Year 2 program prepares high-impact young people to serve in vocational ministry with excellence, anointing, and power.
3 TRACKS FOR YEAR 2 STUDENTS
Local Church Leadership – Prepares you to serve as a pastor, youth pastor, or another leadership role in the local church.
Frontier Missions – Prepares you to launch out as a missionary to the places on earth that need the gospel most.
Worship Leadership – Prepares you to lead with a healthy heart, a sharp mind, and skilled hands; being sent to churches and communities across our nation and the nations of the earth.
Pioneer Ministry – Prepares you to pioneer new ministry and non-profit work outside of the typical boxes. Perfect for those who want to start a new ministry or organization.

A TYPICAL WEEK
Monday - Thursday Morning & Afternoon | Classes & Trainings
Tuesday Evenings Discipleship and Mentoring Times
8–10 Hours Practical ministry
3–5 Hours Prayer and time in God’s presence
Between class time, ministry time, discipleship time, prayer time, and homework, students will spend approximately 35 hours/week on their participation in the Radiant School of Ministry.

EVENTS
Expeditions
An expedition is a 4-week life-changing ministry adventure outside of Kalamazoo that every Radiant School of Ministry student will embark on. Those in the local church tracks will do a 4 week internship in Kalamazoo.
Arise Shine Conference
Students will participate in the Arise Shine Conference, a Radiant Network conference designed for pastors and leaders passionate about the local church and building the Kingdom of God.

Kalamazoo is a vibrant and growing city. The Radiant City Center, which houses RSM Classrooms, the Radiant Prayer Room, Matchhead Coffee, and Radiant Church central offices, is located in the heart of the city on the Walking Mall.
