01. Core Program.
Growing in faith and ministry
The Core Program is for working adults over 25 years old who want to grow in their faith and ministry. We have distilled the curriculum from our full-time program down to the core to make it accessible for working adults in a 2-year, 1-night-a-week part-time program.
02. Launch Program
Transitioning into full-time ministry
The Launch Program is for working adults over 25 years old who are considering a transition into full-time ministry. It includes the entire Core Program and adds to it a ministry practicum, pastoral mentoring, and an exclusive 3rd year of training.
01. Core Program
The Core Program consists of 20 core ministry preparation classes taught over 2 years. Students will receive a Certificate of Ministry when they complete the 20 classes and other certificate requirements.

Monday Nights from 6-9PM.

Kalamazoo, MI at the Radiant Richland Campus Student Center.
+ TIME COMMITMENT?
In the Core Program, students only commit and pay for one term at a time. You are free to go through the program as fast or slow as works for you.
+ HOW MUCH?
The cost for each term is $400 and covers all the training, books, and materials for each class.
02. Launch Program
The Launch Program contains the entire Core Program and adds to it 3 major components:
Pastoral Mentoring | Participants will learn in a mentoring small group each week as a part of the program. Starting in year 2 this will give mentoring directly from the pastoral team at Radiant.
Ministry Practicum | Launch students will participate in a weekly ministry practicum giving them real life ministry experience in the area of vocational ministry they are considering.
Exclusive 3rd Year | Those in the Launch Program participate in a 3rd year with classes, practicum, and mentoring that is focused on their launch into vocational ministry.
Graduates of this program will receive a Certificate of Ministry Leadership from RSM.

In the Launch Program, students commit to 1 full year of training at a time so they can fully participate in ministry practicums and go through the experience with a ministry cohort.
+ How Much?
The cost for each year is $2,500 and covers all the training, books, materials, mentoring, and ministry practicums for the year. If a married couple does the Launch Program together, there is a 20% discount for both.
